Chi Run Club 1/2 marathon training programme

Want to run a half marathon with ease? Follow a unique Chi Running and Oxygen Advantage 12-week training programme and join every other week for practical sessions covering:
- breathing technique
- postural alignment
- balance exercises
- appropriate strength and conditioning for runners
- cadence and rhythm
- aerobic training monitored by total nasal breathing
- increased speed through relaxation
Plus each Sunday session we’ll run a long slow distance run starting in Alexandra Park north London, taking in surrounding areas such as the Parkland Walk (London’s longest nature reserve), Highgate Woods, Queens Wood and completing our final 13.1 mile run incorporating Hampstead Heath. Each run will focus on specific Chi Running and Oxygen Advantage techniques. You’ll also get a full 12-week training programme.
Please be comfortable running a non-stop 5k at an easy pace. Places are limited to 8 to ensure plenty of individual attention.
