Explore the principles and components of Chi Running in greater detail. The weekend includes:
- Advanced Chi Running technique including improving performance
- Chi Walking incorporating the Oxygen Advantage breathing technique
- An introduction to Rolfing, the fascial muscle chain system, and specifically the spiral line
- Outdoor run and walking practice
Suitable for all levels of Chi Runner. Also forms part of the Chi Running Instructor Training Programme.
