Yoga Triathlon: Chi Run, Yoga, Meditation

A 45-min guided Chi Run, suitable for beginners to serious marathon runners followed by a cool down with some restoring yoga and meditation.
The Triathlon starts with a 45-minute guided outdoor Chi Run around the local parks with Gray Caws focusing on postural alignment and relaxation, and optimal breathing. No running experience is necessary and walkers are welcome too!
The 45-minute yoga session lead by Belle Amooty, is dynamic class including postures accessible to all with a focus on releasing out the hamstrings, quadriceps, hips flexors and the deep psoas muscle.
Finally, Vanessa Hartley will lead 45 minutes of mindful meditation, allowing you to relax and recharge your mind and body.
