Our Chi Run Club offers a sociable environment where you improve your running technique in a friendly, non-competitive way.

Each session includes training in the Chi Running technique – working on breathing, postural alignment, balance, cadence & stride-length and how to increase speed through relaxation. You’ll then put the technique session into practice during an outdoor group run.

The Chi Run Club includes:

  • Specific training programmes with sessions to work on during the week
  • Chi Running technique training sessions each week
  • Oxygen Advantage breathing technique training
  • Practical non-competitive outdoor run
  • General health & fitness advice
  • Regular free longer run sessions
