Our Chi Run Club offers a sociable environment where you improve your running technique in a friendly, non-competitive way.
Each session includes training in the Chi Running technique – working on breathing, postural alignment, balance, cadence & stride-length and how to increase speed through relaxation. You’ll then put the technique session into practice during an outdoor group run.
The Chi Run Club includes:
