Crisis support people out of homelessness for good. They do this through education, training and support with housing, employment and health. Crisis offer one to one support, advice and courses for homeless people in 12 areas across England, Scotland and Wales.
At Christmas, Crisis open their Christmas centres to provide food, warmth, vital services and the first steps out of homelessness. For many, Crisis at Christmas offers a chance to relax, regain confidence and plan for the future in a supportive environment, away from the immediate hardships of homelessness.
At the Christmas centres, Crisis introduce people to their year-round services such as training, education and support with housing, employment and health. This long-term support helps people to rebuild their lives and leave homelessness behind for good.

Our programmes are systematically developed following a simple three-step approach
Space
Create space in your life to dedicate to practice. It is important to set time aside for yourself. Find space in mind and body to allow things to happen.
Sense
Learn common sense techniques. There will always be a reason why we ask you to do something. Focus on awareness and body sensing.
Simplicity
Keep it simple. New trends and ideas come and go, some work others don't. Keep it simple to ensure a common sense approach.
