Improve your running technique in this half-day workshop. Work on postural alignment, efficient breathing technique, balance exercises & improved speed through relaxation.

This unique workshop combines the principles of Chi Running with scientifically proven Oxygen Advantage method to reduce breathlessness, improve performance and ultimately bring a sense of enjoyment to your practice.

Schedule for the afternoon:

  • Alignment & relaxation – work on breathing and postural alignment

  • Co-operating with force – efficient ways to create forward momentum
  • Cadence, stride-length & speed
  • Visualisations
  • Practice

Throughout the workshop we’ll be focusing on a mindful approach to your practice and the principle of gradual progress.
