Yoga Triathlon

First Sunday of every month
2-4pm

The Yoga Triathlon is the perfect combination of practices to help you run easier, strengthen your body and quieten the mind.

This unique class combines the art of Chi Running with dynamic yoga and restorative meditation. You will be guided through a series of Chi Running exercises and practice to start the session off. This is followed by a 45 minute yoga flow session with the afternoon culminating in 45 minutes of mindful meditation.

Suitable for all ages, fitness levels and running abilities.
